Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

Bookings and Payments

When you book a service with CentreFlow:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete booking information
• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed
• All fees are in British Pounds Sterling
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations by You

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session: Full refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session: No refund
• No-shows: No refund

Cancellations by Us

If we need to cancel your session, we will provide a full refund or offer to reschedule at your convenience.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate health and fitness information when requested
• Inform us of any health conditions or concerns before participating
• Follow instructions provided during sessions
• Behave respectfully towards staff and other participants
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Not record or photograph sessions without permission
